Amy Derby of Write-From-Home.com tagged me for a new meme: What would I write if I had an extra hour each day?
I can't tell you how many times I've wished for an extra hour... or two or three or more! Ideally, with an extra hour every day I would spend that hour on fiction — something I am always wanting to write regularly, but a goal that is always overshadowed by that slightly more important goal of making money.
However, to be perfectly honest, it is most likely that my extra hour would be spent blogging and networking — and that's if I spent it in a writerly manner. It is actually quite likely that I would waste that extra hour sleeping in (I'm practically impossible to wake up, as I have super powers that allow me to sleep through alarms, telephones, and all other manners of noise). I also would be likely to spend that extra hour with Panama, who is quite possibly the most addictive (and expensive!) hobby I have ever had.
I've tagged Mariella, Alicia, and — if she's able to return from full-time-workdom for a little bit of meme fun — Harmony.

Hi Katharine,
Amy tagged me for this meme, too.
I enjoyed reading your answers ;0)
Here's the link to mine:

I know what you mean about networking. I never have enough time. I've recently started saving most of my blog visiting till after I get my work done for the day, because I could spend the whole day reading writers' blogs!
In reality, I'd probably spend my extra hour playing with my rabbits. Your horse is awesome. I love the pictures. He's so pretty (if that's not an insult to a boy horse). ;-)
Or sleeping. I had the same superpowers as a kid (I broke many alarm clocks in my sleep) and now I have insomnia. I never feel rested.
On another note, I'm happy to see Mariella has a blog.
Michele,
Thanks for the URL for your post. I'm going to make that a clickable link:

I commented on your post, too, but I'm not afraid to admit even on my own blog that you have better goals than I do. ;o)
Amy,
I admit it, my willpower sucks. I like to "warm up" (read: procrastinate) by checking email, networking, reading writers' blogs, and posting to my own blog. Trouble is, it doesn't stop there -- I'm constantly getting sidetracked by blogs or email when I'm supposed to be working. :o(
Now, if I had insomnia, the extra work time might help me get stuff done and kill time at the virtual water cooler...
By the way, your rabbits are absolutely adorable! :o)
