I had this weekend off, which was nice, but tomorrow begins the first of three weeks that will be the busiest of the summer. I don't expect I'll be posting much during this time. It'll probably be all I can do just to keep abreast of all my paying work.
I was glad for the weekend off, though. I haven't had a day off in a while, let alone two in a row. It allowed me to get some things done that I hadn't had a chance to do recently.
I got some basic living tasks done, such as grocery shopping and cleaning, things I hadn't been able to do all week. (The stack of dishes in the sink was atrocious!) I was also able to get back to work on downsizing for my SimpLIFEfy blog, which was good. I have a new approach which I'll blog about there soon (assuming I have time).
I also caught up on some much-needed sleep. I've been fairly sleep deprived all summer, so it was nice to have a few nights of ample sleep and relaxed mornings.
Unfortunately, the holiday is over, and tomorrow it's back to work -- and with a busy week ahead of me. I doubt I'll have much time to post, so I'll see you on the other side!
